Do you have a good Blow-Drying Strategy?

When it comes to blow drying your hair, make sure you are not using the “shake and bake” strategy. It can be a habit to fall into this type of strategy, but it does not bring about impressive results. Never shake your dryer when finishing because shaking it will increase the amount of frizz and minimize airflow and temperature, which lengthens drying time. However, there is one exception though – when drying fine hair, because shaking the dryer without a nozzle until hair is 80 percent dry will rough up the cuticle and create volume.

The Last Tagle Salon recommends that you put a nozzle on your dryer and apply Redken aerate 08 bodifying cream-mousse to protect hair from heat damage for the remainder of the styling. When you bake (over dry) your hair, it becomes damaged and reduces its health and shine.
