It seems that quite a few working women are beginning to embrace their gray locks in the workplace according to a recent article on huffingtonpost.com. However, it still pales in comparison to the amount of women who choose to dye their gray tresses in order to look younger to compete in this current work atmosphere that is busting at the seams with young go-getters. It has long been a taboo for women to go gray in the workplace because as a society in general, we pressure women to look younger.

But the article also touched on another emerging gray trend,” Gray heads have been popping up on runways and red carpets, on models and young celebrities for months. There’s Lady Gaga and Kelly Osbourne – via dye – and Hollywood royalty like Helen Mirren, the Oscar-winning British actress.” - huffingtonpost.com
